Full front view of the Willis N. Britton School building located on Hoover Drive. It was built in 1929 on land donated by Mr. Britton. This would eventually become the Hoover Drive Middle School, the Odyssey School and is currently the Discovery Charter School, 1920's. The smaller district schools were required to change their names to reflect their neighborhood or streets when they joined the Greece Central district.

Massive construction and upgrades took place in the 1980's for I-390, also known as "The Genesee Expressway." In Greece, this included a 4.6 mile extension of the expressway beyond Ridge Road to the Lake Ontario State Parkway. Formerly known as Rt 47, this photo shows the construction of bridge supports at English Road. The project cost $24 million and was completed in 1983.
The float celebration the sesquicentennial of the Town of Greece. The sesquicentennial took place Sunday, 28 May 1972. The one hundred and fifty year anniversary celebration included a parade, fireman's competition, park dedication, picnic and other activities. Jeanne Dever was crowned Queen of the Sesquicentennial.

The Forest Hill Restaurant was located at 41 East Manitou Road., near Braddock Bay. It opened in the 1960's and was originally owned by Norman and Robert Forest. It was still operational in 2019; serving a popular fish fry dinner Wednesdays through Fridays.

The Greece Shoreliner Cadets performing at Ontario State Park. They were an award winning mini drum and bugle corp that existed from the early 1970's until the early 1980's. The corp consisted of children 7-14 years old. They performed regularly at the annual Barnard Exempt, regional competitions, fund raising and sporting events.
