The original District #6 school building, 1900's. Also known as the North Greece School and the "Gooseneck School," likely because of the shape of College Avenue, where it resided, it was incorporated into the Hilton School District in 1949.

Vehicle driving through flood waters from Lake Ontario in the 1970's. There was extensive flood damage to homes along the shore during the week of March 16-March 23, 1973. There were around four thousand applicants that year for grants to cover home damage as a result of flooding.
The Sunrise Park subdivision sales office of Edwards Realty Company. The Sunrise Park subdivision was located on the corner of Dewey Avenue and Stone Road. The first homes offered for $250 and up in 1917 were available for "$5 down and $1 a week."
Looking north at Hammond Street in the Koda Vista neighborhood in 1933. Located off Ridge Road, Koda Vista was developed in response to housing shortages after World War I. The Kodak Employee Realty Corporation was formed to provide houses for the growing Kodak workforce in the 1920's. The construction of the houses occurred primarily between 1920-1940, but additional housing construction on a smaller scale continued through 1952. There are about 240 residential houses in the neighborhood.
A crew cutting and harvesting ice on an artificial lake on Yates Farm, 1905-1910. Arthur Yates owned the farm from 1902-1914. Prior to mechanical refrigeration, ice harvesting was a profitable industry and the principle method of preserving food.

The old Greece Methodist Church located on Maiden Lane. This structure was built in 1874 and replaced around 1915 by a new church.
Looking southwest, the corners of Maiden Lane and Long Pond Road, 1981. The J&J Corner Superette is seen on the left. Located at 1097 Long Pond Road, it was the seen of a 1976 robbery attempt in which the Greece Police Department used their police dog to capture two youths.
Built in 1875, the old St. John the Evangelist Church has been utilized by a number of businesses since its use was discontinued in the 1970's after the parish relocated. Among some of the businesses, it has served as a Verizon Wireless store and a music store, as seen in this photo from the 1980's. As of 2019, it has been vacant for a number of years.

The original Mother of Sorrows Church, dedicated February 5, 1832. It served parishioners from 1832 until 1859. The land it was built on was donated by Nicholas Read and most of the construction was done by members of the parish,
The Erie Insurance Group occupying the former Phelp's General Store building on the corner of Latta and North Greece Roads.
Located at 2672 Ridge Road, Empire Electric was established in 1971 and occupied the former house of Dr. George Sanders. The house was built in the 1850's. Empire Electric was a light fixture supply business and operated at this location until the 1990's. It was demolished in the 2010's.
