Stoneridge Plaza road sign on Ridge Road, 1970's. The Plaza opened in the early 1960's and is located at 1520 Ridge Road West. Shopper's Fair Discount Department Store was the first tenant of the new plaza. In January 1962, the plaza was the site of a tremendous hot tar kettle explosion.

Red & White Food Stores was a national chain that started in the 1920's and by the 1950's, had over one thousand stores in Pennsylvania, New York and Ohio. 1942 Memorial Day wreath dedication. The artillery gun pictured was a WWI German field gun acquired in 1931 by the Greece Legionnaires. It was donated to salvage in November of 1942 to help the war effort.
